Start a UAE Project Conversation
Tell us the emirate, the plot and the operating model. We will come back with the approval route that applies, the design risks we can already see, and what the drawing set needs to resolve first.
Four things that make the first reply useful.
We can respond generically to a one-line enquiry, or specifically to a brief. The difference is usually four pieces of information — and none of them require a consultant to prepare.
What to send
Send these and the first
reply is specific
Nothing here needs to be final. Sketches, a shell plan and a rough covers number are enough for us to tell you something useful.
- Where the project is
- The emirate, and the plot or affection plan if you have it. This determines whether the layout goes to Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees or ADAFSA — and each expects a different submission.
- What is being built
- Restaurant, hotel, cloud kitchen, central production unit, staff canteen or institution. New build, fit-out of a shell, or a renovation of something already trading.
- Scale and menu direction
- Expected covers or order volume, service model, and the menu direction. Capacity and cuisine drive equipment, utilities and exhaust more than floor area does.
- Where you are in the programme
- Concept, shell handed over, drawings already issued, or on site. It changes what is still cheap to fix and what has already been locked in.
How we work with you
Working with an
India-based partner
The practical questions UAE clients ask about distance, timing and submissions — answered before you have to raise them.
Time zones are not an obstacle
India runs ninety minutes ahead of the UAE, so the working day overlaps almost entirely. Design reviews run over video with drawings issued in advance, not overnight email chains.
We do not submit — your local consultant does
Submissions to Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees or ADAFSA must come from a UAE-registered consultant. We produce the design and documentation, and support the technical queries raised during review.
Site visits at the milestones that justify them
Rather than a fixed number of visits priced into the fee, we schedule them where presence changes the outcome — equipment inspection, installation coordination, commissioning and handover.
What an engagement typically costs
Fees depend on scope, area and documentation depth. We quote after the first review, once the approval route and the real design problem are clear, rather than against a floor-area rate.

Prefer to talk it through first?
Message us on WhatsApp with the emirate and the project type. It is often the fastest way to establish whether the fit is right before anyone prepares a brief.
